Nach einer Entwicklungszeit von 18 Monaten stehen die neuen Websites der Great Hotels Organisation (GHO) auf Basis von Web 2.0 zur Verfügung. Es sind dies www.ghotw.com für die Great Hotels of the World und www.shotw.com für die Special Hotels of the World.
Zudem gibt es neue Mitglieder: das Iberostar Grand Hotel Anthelia auf Teneriffa bei Great Hotels of the World und das Hotel Prestige Lucena in Cordoba bei Special Hotels of the World.
