We are looking for a new Head of Travel Services in Geneva at FIA – Fédération
Internationale de l‘Automobile.

You will lead all travel operation acitivites with your team of 5, monitor travel
policy compliance and develop strong internal and international working
relationships. Furthermore, you are responsible for the handling of the 24h
Emergency Service and Crisis Management. You report and supervise the
costs plus administrate the FIA travel and expense system.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Tourism
• Min. 10 years of working experience in Business Travel
and/or Travel Management
• Leadership experience
• Fluent in English and good in French, Spanish and German is a plus
• Good knowledge of GDS systems and MS Office
• Project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to details
• Pro-active in proposing enhanced operational processes
• Working well under pressure
• Strong travel industry knowledge and relationships
• Ability to travel
